“Pamela Machala artfully turns a phrase and yet still manages to make us dance...[her] piano-rich gems are in the storyteller vein of Ben Folds and Sara Bareilles, yet they are distinctly hers.” - Colorado Daily
Colorado-based singer, songwriter, and pianist Pamela Machala (“MOCK-uh-luh”) is known for her finely crafted pop-folk songs. Pamela has performed at venues ranging from The Bitter End in NYC to The Hotel Utah in San Francisco, and has opened for artists including Lisa Loeb and Danielle Ate The Sandwich. Her all-female backing band creates a dynamic and memorable live experience, featuring Mary Claxton on drums, Adrienne Osborn on bass, Amanda Morin on electric guitar, and Kate Farmer and Lyla Yaner on vocals.
